Hover over my working link in the post above and see the exact url 'hidden' in the hyper-link displayed by your browser and do the same for your non working link and spot the difference. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

Yes but you have inserted this into one:
Should be:
http://i993.photobucket.com/albums/af53/84sunny/knits1.jpg:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
How can I make it like yours? (but don't mention urls and hyper-links because I don't know what they are)0

If you want the picture to display in the thread, you do what you have already done in your other thread.
If you want to create a hyper-link (a word or group of words that displays the picture when you click on it) you simply paste in the path to the picture e.g.
http://i993.photobucket.com/albums/a...nny/knits1.jpg
when creating the hyper-link. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
Any luck OP0

Oh, a hyper-link is what I want!
I can already put pictures on by clicking on the picture in photobucket and copying it, then pasting it into the message and it comes up straight away as a picture.
I thought I'd put the hyper-link on this time following the instructions on here and it looked like a hyper-link but when I submitted it, it was just the picture.0 -

Because what you pasted in was incorrect. You only need the path to the hosted picture when you create your hyper-link - NO Image tags etc. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
What do you mean by path?0

It isn't blue?
It's too long?
This was in answer to a message that's disappeared0
