HTC sense weather refuses to auto update?

So recently the weather just wont auto update. You go to settings to find it unchecked, so i check it, yet it doesnt seem to save it as if you go back a second later its unchecked.
Nothings changed sicne it happened so what could i do to get it working. Turning it off didnt work.

I assume you are trying to change the settings within weather. What you need to do first is go into the main phone settings from the home screen, select accounts & sync then scroll down and ensure that weather is sync enabled.0
