HP Ink at Tesco Direct loads of cc points

Hi,
ordered 4 inks for collection today.Went out of my way to collect on way home from work to be told they have not been delivered and call back on Tuesday,more petrol money woukd have been cheaper to have delivered.

I've learnt this one before its annoying!! I just wait now for them to call me to say its in store!

They always phone you to say your order is in - I never bother going down there until I've had the call.

check the status of your order online before you leave.

mine was between warehouse and store when i last looked

Mine were delivered this morning, rather a lot more than 3, I should add ;-)

Has anyone else had a problem with the clubcard points tracking for this offer?

I have been credited with the points relating to to purchase (48 points for the £24 spend) but the extra 1500 points have not been added.

Contacted Tesco and they informed me they could take up to six weeks to be credited, very strange as I've never had this before.

I have been waiting for points for Ipod offer back in Aug and chased them spoke to tesco direct and was told that all the extra points for this period from promo and ecoupons will be added from Oct 12 and should be on the next statement. This is apparently a new strategy from direct and there have been alot of people ringing up about the missing points. So we will wait and see if all these points do get added and assuming the ink is the same the hard part is remembering all the extra points you have missing when you are talking over 3mths. I also rang the clubcard number and never got a straight answer and was told many different things last being someone would look into it and call me in 48hrs that was a couple of weeks ago never got a call back. Sounds like the code for 1,000 points on Tesco clothing which was on the weekly email a few months ago - it said the points would be added to the November statement. Hopefully they'll be there, along with the 3,000 or so I got from these cartridges!
