If anyone still looking for punches for ES mints, Grafton crafts have them in stock:

    2" scalloped punch here

    http://www.graftoncrafts.co.uk/shop/cart.php?target=product&product_id=22855&category_id=782

    1 1/2" circle punch here

    http://www.graftoncrafts.co.uk/shop/cart.php?target=product&product_id=22850&category_id=781

I ordered mine last week and they arrived the next day. Free P&P too and really good prices.

    Wen-tom,

    How about Ameretti Biscuit wrapper?

    They burn green and float!

Search " Flaming Ameretti Biscuit Wrapper" in Google.

    Ooh that's cool!

Another idea - How about indoor sparklers? They cost about £2 - £2.50 for a pack of 10.

I was thinking some sort of candles, but it would probably seem a bit too birthday cakeish! :rotfl:
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
  • All you girls have inspired me so much. I was looking at shabby chique things on the internet and came accross some really pretty hand painted humorous signs. I was just about to order three as Xmas gifts when I realised that I could make them myself for a fraction of the price! I am just waiting for my mdf plaques to come now. Them I will paint them with some left over paint and add a verse and decorate with pretty ribbon and roses. Can't wait. I am having such a crafty Christmas!
  • Can anyone tell me were to find the pint of socks poem please ?

    Pints of socks

    Our lager,
    Which art in barrels,
    Hallowed be thy drink.
    I will be drunk,
At home as in the tavern.
Give us this day our foamy head,
    And forgive us our spillages,
    As we forgive those

    Who spill against us.
And lead us not to incarceration,
    But deliver us from hangovers.
    For thine is the beer,

    The bitter and The lager.
    Forever and ever,
    Barman....

Oh the memories of being badly behaved at dinner parties! Best bit about the biscuit was the wrapper!!!!

Sadly Health and Safety won them over and they are now wrapped in cellophane bags inside the tissue wrappers so the wrappers aren't soaked in alcohol and so don't flame in the same way any longer.... :(
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
  • Just a heads up that 99p shops are now stocking 6 clear baubles with iridescent thread stuff inside. :)

Have used a Large Woodware scalloped circle 2ins I think for the silver and then Stampin Up scalloped punch for the smaller on. Plain circle also from Stampin Up.
