If one of the poets could come up with a ditty about the Angel being a reminder every year of sweet kisses.......

Well I'll get my thinking cap on but no promises :rotfl:

Well I have emailed Cadbury about their CDM minatures so lets see if they can get back to me within the 5 working days they've allowed themselves

Right in a quandry. I have made these this afternoon

Grrrrr I hate gold, it just doesn't have the impact I need it to.
Which colour do you prefer? I find the red to jarring on my eyes but I confess it's still quite difficult to read my writing on the green aswell (OK it's really dull here but this pic was taken on the window sill).
If I had my way everything would be black and silver as it looks so much more stunning :rotfl:

Keiss that sideboard looks lovely, you got a bargain there!

flourgirl thats a great price, thanks

Gina they sound nice, I'll have to have a look in our local one.

Bitsey Hope they get back to you with a positive comment :) As for your colour question.....Im new and my opinion is probably useless but out of the two I prefer the green one, the gold seems o stand out better on it.

and mummyroysofthree you're very welcome, Im glad I helped :)

Oh and shegrinch I love that giraffe!

Absolutely not! At the end of the day I am aiming to sell these to people who would never have made anything like this in their life - their opinion on what looks good counts because if they don't like the look of it then they won't buy it ;)

I agree with you though, the green is better.

    Morning

I'm still avidly reading this thread and having a play with crafting stuff,

Can I ask a silly question please?

When you wrap CDM miniatures, are you wrapping like a little parcel and covering the ends, or just putting a sleeve over the foil?
It's the ends I'm having trouble with.

Just cover them like a sleeve no need to cover the ends. I leave them as I bought them and just cover up with a new piece of paper and decorate
  • Can anyone point me in the right direction of the bulldog clips being used on the coaster calenders? Thanks x

Not sure if this has been posted cos I haven't read the back posts yet. I called in at Rymans this morning looking for a white signo pen and they have them in there for £2.29 BOGOF

You beat me to it! I was going to post about the signo pens in Rymans, because I went to get a white pen from there today too. You don't have to have two white ones though, you could have a gold or silver one as your free one if you wish. ;) They also do the Signo glitter ones on BOGOF, they are lovely too, would recomend them.

upsy-daisy, our pound shop does bulldog clips in packs, but FiddleFart Helen got hers from ebay.
