Don't suppose you've got access to another computer you can try from?

If not, you could try disabling Norton temporarily and see if that makes any difference.

    None of that will help....

Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.

After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.

Produce another HijackThis log, post it here and then run a Full scan with Malwarebytes'

Your Malwarebytes is way out of date , about 700 version of the database. I would seriously run it again, but First click on the update tab and run update, then scan again.

    Hi
If the program won't update then maybe it's best to un-install it completely and then install the latest version.

Are you using any other firewall apart from Windows?

If so try disabling it and then try to update Malwarebytes.
