    Afternoon all, quiet one today.

    I have cleaned the entire house from top to bottom (skirtings and all!) because my parents are back tonight. Glad to have them back but also sad because OH won't be here. It's been lovely playing house this week.

    Speaking of our apartment...we've picked out our kitchen today - units, worktops and floor :D So exciting!

    Went shopping this morning and got some more clothes. Then came home and binned a ton of them that were getting VERY tatty.....so I feel good. And I ventured under the bed and emptied the suitcase so that'll go back to mum and dad's when I next visit. Also got me some cow jamas for the chilly evenings and a new blankie.

    It has been quite on here today - we are now back from friend's house and are both shattered. I cannot believe how her tenants lived - dirty people!! But the house is coming along now - all upstairs cleaned and OH has got a coat of paint on all the 3 bedroom ceilings and one coat on the walls in 2 bedrooms. Each time we go it smells less bad!!! Anyway off to lay in a nice hot bath and then will have a relaxing evening, have treated us to lamb chops and DS is away!!. Pleased to hear that you are not snowed under Claire. Billie xx

    Well I'm ashamed to say that I'm still in bed. This cold's a stinker so I haven't ventured out at all. Slept for a couple of hours this afternoon.

    Claire - don't stress about the stuff you're sending to me....it's more important that you finish your orders first. I'm beginning to have a plan for which I'd like to make so at least the day hasn't been totally wasted.

    Hope the fact that it's so quiet on here means that everyone is off having a life :T

    Hi Suzy....I slept for 12 hours straight last night and thats a record for me! But I obviously needed it. And I just nodded off on the sofa for about 10 mins so recharged my batteries.

    All I have done is shop for stationary and dye my hair. Have loads of work to catch up on but will worry about that tomorrow.
