If it was a special order so DSR do not reply then £100 might be a good deal.
However the T & C say cost of 'collection' is 'up to £100'. Can M&S quantify the differing cost levels and also it sounds like this charge would apply if a special journey is made to collect the goods. In this case it just went back on the lorry. So surely less M & S costs involved.0 -

I think there's a difference between made to order and made to a customer's specifications. Pretty much all furniture is made to order as companies don't keep masses of large items in stock.
