I would have thought that it would be classed as an internal transaction so shouldn't have any limits?
Give them a ring - 01226 261010 and then press to speak to an advisor and ask, they should be able to tell you.

With FD (part of HSBC) the £10k is per transaction.
No reason to think HSBC is any different but best to check as advised above.

If you have another account with HSBC transfer part of money to it and then from beneficiary or ask seller if they have any more accounts as it is 10K per beneficiary account so other account would be classed as a separate beneficiary
