so you have put all 3 items through as credits in the credits section online? did you do these all at the same time? and where is it that you are reading what they have/haven't recieved yet?
once you have put the credits through you have so many days to send them back before they recharge the amount to your account. i would guess that they just have not processed the power cleanser yet, but i am not sure why they have only credited for one hat and scarf set if you have added both to your account. i am sure it will rectify itself once you pay off a part of your balance and should tell you what your credits are then.
i sent back some products in c17 and in my c18 delivery invoice it says make sure you send back the items we have credited you by such and such a date, even though they were sent back 3 weeks ago. i guess its a case of one department not speaking to the other.DFBX2016 #160 - £3550/£8800

No they where all done separately.

Ok... I know I'm being thick but... I can't find out how to print a returns form?? I have to return my money makers and want to have it all ready for my delivery on Monday.
If I go to my invoice list I can see 'print returns form' but can't do anything with it???Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

what avon do, if you want to credit something, they put the credit on your account, even though you have not yet returned the item. The credit will show for 36 days, until which time, you should have returned the product, and if you haven't, they will re-charge you.0 -

goto my orders, order tracking, the returns forms are there, click on them to open and follow the instructions to print.0 -
Hi All, I hope you are keeping warm.. Off out in a bit with the kids to dig around in the snow to find books...
I just wanted to ask for some advice as I have a customer who has ordered the men's trimmer but it is out of stock. She wants to know if it will be here before Christmas as it is a pressie for her hubby. I have phoned customer service and to be honest they were useless. They do not know when they will get more but have said it will be sent to me when they have it. I have told the customer this but she's not at all happy and told me not to bother dropping off anymore brochures! So now I have lost a customer who spent £50
This has been my first order and to be fair I did really well and got £430 in orders and only a couple of things OOS. I have just over £100 of orders for C1 and I have until Tuesday to get some more (fingers crossed).
I think Lozza1985 got the men's trimmer from HT a while ago and said it wasn't worth the money.
Why don't you ask on Avon Connect if anyone has one they can send you? Then you might be able to get this customer to continue ordering from you.0 -
No it really wasnt - I sent it straight back, its tiny and wouldn't cut anything! Could be worth asking on connects though as A says, or have a look on ebay xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
