    chelseylou, hope Grandad's ok.

Just had an additional order delivered, and had to do 5 boxes of returns as DH was fed up with all the stock from party and fayres. Have found another one! I forgot about, but that can go back with next delivery. Still looking for ring!

I was talking to courier, as he was like Blimey! 5 boxes of returns! Felt I had to justify myself, don't know why. Said I don't normally do returns as I don't, and if any usually just 1 box, but this was stock I couldn't sell after avon party and fayres. He said don't worry about it, the lady I just delivered to did 10 boxes returns  and 7 delivered!

Morning Everyone! If anyone can help me access returns I would be very grateful. I can choose orders, then order tracking and my list comes up, but the only place it says 'print returns forms' it won't do anything. What am I doing wrong??

I've just discovered my New Yr campaign dates aren't great too :( C2 is meant to be submitted 4th Jan which seems unlikely to be successful as I don't want to hassle people over the holiday. Then C3 is meant to be submitted the same week as any C2 deliveries!! Think this could spell the end of HoV each time!!!!

Oh well! I can't believe it's so close to Xmas already!! I haven't done anything except book a Sainsbury's delivery slot to get my groceries in just before Xmas!! Just put the basics on then I can amend when I know exactly what I want. Is baby's first Xmas too so want to put plenty of decorations and lights up for him to enjoy. Trouble is at 10 months he is big enough and busy enough to put the Xmas tree in mortal danger!!!!
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???
  • This may be a really silly question, but what are the annual planners? Are they like a diary or calendar or something. My C18 isn't even due in yet so by the time I come to order one they will probably be out of of stock, but I like the sound of them and would like to order depending on what they are!

I can get to there, but that is the problem. Clicking on it doesn't do anything???

this might sound like a stupid question but.... have you credited the items yet? if you have credited them (My Orders/Credits) then it should come up in Order Tracking as a separate order. Then in the column 'Print Returns Form' it should say 'Returns Form' and you can then click on it, fill it in and print it.

I was hoping to make deliveries tomorrow and do some more prep ready for my stall on wednesday but am now off to the hospital after my elderly grandfather is seriously ill :( so its gonna have to wait til sunday if i can be bothered to do anything that is!

Don't fret about your stall hun, I did all my prep for mine yesterday and the fair is today! The thing that took the longest was putting all the fragrance samples into my folded business cards. They do look wicked though, amazing idea whoevers that was :T I made up my dining table to see what my stall might look like and it was fab. Just used a white bed sheet to cover it and some silver velvet material I had which my mum gave me. Put a little crimbo tree (8inches) on either side, with some over turned Avon boxes under the velvet and voila...looked fab with all the goodies on. Will try and remember to take a piccie today and post it. Wish me luck for today, I have to be there for 11 :)

Oh, and just came up with the fab idea of putting a blown up balloon in each of the handbags to fill them out (will blow them up when I am there to save on space when lugging it all in).
    Everyone loves a bargain

Great news - our popular Annual Planners are now available to order, with the Country Rose theme, at the fantastic price of £1 for 5. Order using line number 70805 during Campaigns 1 and 2 only (Campaigns 3 and 4 for trendsetters), while stocks last.

sounds fab sylvergrunge, I didn't have time for my first 2 to do anything like that and the last one I never went to as DS was ill.

oh well, if I do anything next year will remember this.

    good luck!
