well sooo much for my other half getting me up at 6.20am when he left for work as delivery was meant to come at 6.45am, well its a good he didnt come then cos I had overslept!! only by an hour! snow must of been on my side this morning as it came not long after I got up! have to say opening the door at 7.25am in my pjs and dressing gown in -3 was not something I want to do for a very long time!
As much as i love the snow I NEED to get to work! (sad I know) but everytime I look out of the window its getting harder! grrrr why cant it snow later on when I'm home?!!
right best get on with sorting out who ordered what, have lost one of my invoices so gotta go and hunt that one down!0 -

quick query, how do you guys going about doing c2 and c3 together? do you give both books out before christmas and collect them before the c3 order date and then carry on as normal? Was thinking about doing this as don't fancy traipsing out a few times in the cold, snow and dark weather to collect books and deliver orders right before christmas! Thanks so much

I started Avon on C16. Online that invoice has vanished. Is this normal?! How would I do a credit if I can't see the invoice?

Are you trying to do a credit from c16? or are you just wanting to view it?
If you are wanting to do a credit - firstly, have you tried the search facility at the bottom of the credits page? (My orders/Credits) there is a drop down menu where you should be able to select which camp and then either enter prod number or name.
If that doesnt work, then was your c16 within 90 days? if it was, email customer services through the contact us at the bottom of the page or call them and explain the situation.
If you are just wanting to view the invoice - Go to My Orders/Order tracking, and at the top of the page it says 'select campaign from', choose 2010/16 and 'go' and it should come up in the list. If this doesnt work - again contact customer services and tell them.

Hi All, I hope you are keeping warm.. Off out in a bit with the kids to dig around in the snow to find books...
I just wanted to ask for some advice as I have a customer who has ordered the men's trimmer but it is out of stock. She wants to know if it will be here before Christmas as it is a pressie for her hubby. I have phoned customer service and to be honest they were useless. They do not know when they will get more but have said it will be sent to me when they have it. I have told the customer this but she's not at all happy and told me not to bother dropping off anymore brochures! So now I have lost a customer who spent £50
This has been my first order and to be fair I did really well and got £430 in orders and only a couple of things OOS. I have just over £100 of orders for C1 and I have until Tuesday to get some more (fingers crossed).0 -

The credits on my account are confusing me. Last delivery I sent back a power vibes cleanser. This delivery I have 2 x hat & scarf sets to return. They've already credited me a hat & scarf set, and at the bottom where it says the items to be returned it says a power vibes cleanser and 2 x hat and scarfs, but they've already credited me a hat and scarf even though I haven't sent them back yet.
Can anyone explain? Or am I reading this wrong?0
