I have today recieved an email saying that i have a balance to pay on my account I have paid my last camp minus the items i am sending back, looking on my online details it says i have a balance of zero however the email states that if i do not pay this my next order may not be accepted. sorry bit this is my first credit and i am not sure what to do

Exactly the same thing happened to me and I phoned up and had a moan. They said just go ahead and order and it will all be fine, but I would phone them up just for a chat about it anyway if I were you. It would be awful if you didn't get your christmas delivery!

just ignore it - it's an automatically generated email, and they aren't always completely up to date. if your balance is showing as zero thats fine don't worry.

I just received one of these, and i wasn't too bothered about the small box, but the fact that it was really tattered annoyed me. i had bought it as a gift, and the box's condition meant i certainly couldn't give it as one. i gave up and just used it myself. One thing i wasn't happy about is that the Sake and Rice Smoothing Mask has nothing on it that indicates it's a peel off mask, rather than a wash off mask. so i ended up feeling like i was ripping plasters off my face!! I have sensitive skin in areas and it was painful! a customer would have no way to know not to use that mask if they have sensitive skin

hi, just to let you all know im quitting at the end 18 which is in 9 days. i will deliver and thats it. its too cold not enough money and i have enough now to tied me over maternity leave so its not as important now. im glad im leaving it behind. the cold , the problems (stock) and sometimes i can go out get my books back and get no orders so effectively you have gone out for an hour and got paid nothing. its just not worth it anymore. im going to be selling off my stuff and calling it a day. actually to some extent im quite pleased. i do like trying to earn a bit of money but most ventures i try dont get me much. thanks for your help and support and im glad to have my sundays to myself and my family. maybe ill even start the well needed decorating!!

just one question though. i have had a customer asking constantly for samples and i have finally sorted a list of ones she can have. she has pushed a note through my door asking for 2 that dont come as samples!!. duh...i dont want to let her down before i leave. would you order the big size of the 2 and get her to try them and send them back if she doesnt like them?

Anyone having any problems logging onto the Avon website? Tried last night a few times and again this morning and it doesn't seem to want to work!
