Found this ebayer, although bags look very thin.
  • Collected some more books, got £68 worth of orders and have hit my MOV, hopefully next drop will get me enough orders to hit my HOV. I have also saved £5 through creative ordering. Got very wet though as the heavens opened when I went to collect, typically now I am in it is dry and sunny out.

    Fab new thread A :)

Ive bought plain White carrier bags from the Internet before, but recently joined Costco, a cash & carry, and they sell them there. I only needed to show an Avon invoice, household utility bill, and a letterhead (which we'd made ourselves on the computer lol).

Trying a new tact for c16 - offering my customers a free ladies perfume if they spend £25 or more, hoping with the Xmas gift guide it will encourage them to buy early! Got a load of perfumes a while ago out of ht for £2.50 so will be using them.

I asked before... but I think it got a little lost in the rest of my post.

Does it say clearly that although you may have sold more than £250 worth of goods, your reward level is only revelant to the amount of money you pay Avon?

For instance, in my first campaign I got orders worth about £270, but because I only paid Avon £213 I was given a Tier 2 reward.

    Fabulous new thread Aureol!!

    Avon Information Overload (AIO) :D

A friends sister joined my FB page last week and I picked up a £38 order from her today - yay, I'm really pleased and grateful for her support! Dropped another book to a lady who'd requested a book from me, again from my FB, pick it up on Monday so will let you know the outcome.

My territory are still on 15 and F&F on 16 so its giving me time to plan my crimble strategy. Think I will go with an earlier suggestion (on the old thread) of spend over £15 and get a free gift although not sure what the free gift will be yet, any suggestions?

    Happy Friday everyone :D

Thanks for new thread aureol X

    Question re. returns

If a duplicate replacement is requested and the item is no longer in either of the two current catalogues is it possible to get the item?

Thats great news about your FB page working for you. I have set one up but haven't really promoted it yet as have had problems getting my latest delivery.

Anyway, I just wanted to say, that I did an offer of spend over £15 and get a free gift and all of the orders I got were over £15. :j

The free gifts I gave were varied as I tried to pick something new that the customer would try. One got some hand cream, another (older gentleman) got some hand soap as he ordered shower gels and aftershave. One customer got some Planet Spa Foot and elbow cream and a few samples as she ordered £46 and a few more got SSS body lotions. All the items cost me £1 or less so I made quite a bit of money from offering the gift. I am going to carry on offering the gifts when I start to canvass the new road I have as an introductory offer.

yes, if it is not showing on your invoice as being able to request a replacement, e-mail Avon through Contact Us, subject to availability, they should be able to do it for you. If they can't, they will give you a credit for the item.

The rewards are worked out on customer prices not our cost price. But the highest level you achieve is level 2 which you managed - level one is for orders between £78-£147.99, if you order £148 or more then you get level 2. You don't get both rewards though if that's what you mean.
