Evening ladies. I don't suppose anyone has a Nailwear Pro nail Varnish in Sunshine in stock do they? I have a customer who wants one but I think it was only a summer colour as it isn't in either C17/C18.

no, you can return them all in the same box. Just put all the Avon Returns forms in the box too, and get your Courier to sign every single return form.

phew - I have now read all of part 6 - so much useful information, thank you all!!

I collected my first 35 books back and 3 orders totalling about £120 - yay!! and I have had a few mom's in the playground ask for a book, and a couple of teachers who I know are ordering too. I will collect my books back from another road tomorrow and hopefully get them out to another road tomorrow too - fingers crossed the books are left out as asked and I get another couple of orders Fingers crossed I make HOV on my first order!

I am really enjoying it all - even delivering books in the pouring rain!!! I am out and about getting fresh air and exercise and hopefully earning too - what more can you ask for???

I can't wait to get to know you all (though think I have a sneaky head start having read back a little!!) and share ideas and tips

Thank you - you mean, print 2 copies of each form, keep one and have the courier sign it, and then put the other unsigned one into the box?

Will automatically print two copies of each. Keep the copy with the signature box for the driver to sign and put the other copies in the box with your items. Dont forget to fill them in.

When I first started doing returns, I used to forget to complete the forms! The ones in the book no problem, the ones I printed... no.

Just saw my balance ready for next weeks delivery and its much lower than expected. Guess that means things are not in stock, not good seeing as it was a bad campaign anyway. The stock levels for me have not been showing for the past 2 campaigns when I put my order in.

dizzy - will it let you look at your invoice? That way you can see what is missing xx

Not yet, its just coming up as blank so far. If I had seen what was out of stock I could have asked customers if they wanted something else.
Hopefully its my mums things and not customers, then I dont have to let them down.
