I work for an NVQ centre that deal with Childminders/Nurseries, etc, so know all about OFSTED, had to report someone through working at NVQ Centre, due to a complaint we received from an Assessor. There is only so much they will do and you can bet on the day they make the unexpected visit, everything will be perfect! Might make a complaint anyway, as new nursery and would hate this to happen to anyone else's child.

Getting messages from my friend saying, but they do this with my children, surprised they didn't do this with your son, well he has been attending since last week, and I know for a fact they haven't done any of those things!

ok, not going to get stressed!

SOS! I have no order forms! I thought I ordered 2 packets for next Monday's avon party and I haven't! Can anyone send me 2 packs and I will return with my next delivery? Please!

Helloooo! Just wanted to pop on an introduce myself to you lovely ladies! I have just this morning signed up to become an Avon rep, really excited and will be going back and trying to read as much of this thread as possible so I don't bombard you with lots of newbie questions!!

Just hope the weather improves before I go out and deliver my books (bit presumptuous as I haven't even been told what my territory is yet lol!)

I've a big list of OOS on my invoice to, especially gutted as most of them are for people that have never ordered before.

Another question though - I ordered the £12.50 sample offer and listed with my OOS is some of the samples, and they say they're no longer available, surely that's not right, or will they just send different samples??

im not sure what mailplan i am. im on 17 at the moment. this has been my worst ever. i did well over 500 sales last time ive just scraped over 100 from 6 customers out of a potential 48!!!. whats going on!

I seem to remember some posts about missing baskets from Wrap Your Own Gift Sets - can't find them now. There is no supply information on the Avon website anymore (unless I'm losing it!).

Are these baskets being supplied or are there replacements. A brand new customer has ordered one.
