Helo. Just thought I'd update you on my 7th attempt of using this site to get the photobook offer.

I have tried in vain to get this to work ... spent best part of a week trying to get it to work. Got so far and it crashed every time. Final time, managed to get to the end (took 4 hours) ... went to click on order and an error came up ... well the error box came up with no eror message and the only options were "OK" or "Cancel" .. and as I did not have the wrror, i did not know what to click on.

I have already sent 2 emails to customer services who promised to reply within 24 hours .. and neither time did they. So I resorted to phoning their customer services which states 10p per min. I was dubious as it was an 0905 number and I only have a mobile so when I got through, I asked the lasy to confirm the call charge when calling from a mobile. She stated it was definately 10p per min from mobiles.

The conversation basically was pointless as she didn't help at all. She spent most of the 5 minutes or so going "erm, well, um  I don't know". She promised to look into it and get back to me and tried to get off the phone. I asked her to take my number but she said she couldnt phone me back. She said someone would email but they didnt the last twice so Im not holding my breath.

So I decided to check with O2 how much the call had cost and the call had cost nearly £7.00! For a few minutes of "ums and ers". And also their customer services are in Amsterdam!

I am really unhappy about this whole thing. Is it just me having problems? Sorry for the long-winded rant but I have wasted a whole week doing this as I wanted a special present for my niece (the photobook was of her).

Luckily O2 credited my account with the call charge which was wonderful and totally unexpected so I was really appreciative of that.

Just wanted to warn you guys in case anyone else gets caught out.

Im going to have a coffee and calm down. And to make matters worse I had some chips to make me feel better (lol) which defeated the going to aqua aerobics this morning. What a day!

Hi, I've used Albelli before, and made many photobooks from various other companies, ie apple, photobox, and have to say, I rate Albelli the highest.

In saying that, I know how frustrating it is when using the online software when making a photobook. It's a nightmare. Thats what I like about Albelli, you can download the software which gave me no problems at all.

Hopefully you have got it sorted now, but try stick with it, the end result will be worth it :)

I placed an order for this today...yeah! what an offer, thanks for posting!

I have used Albelli before, for an all singing and dancing book, and paid over £70 for it and the quality is fantastic. The software for PC is soo easy to use, and has a lot more user options than the online version, and because you don't need to use an internet connection when using it, it doesn't crash on you the way the online version does!

Can't wait for the book to come...fantastic cheap christmas present!
