So sorry to hear you have had so many problems. I wish I could help you somehow...but I honestly had no issues with my photobook and it worked first time for me, superb service, quick delivery and great quality photobook. Fingers crossed that they resolve the issues for you soon...

Tried this twice and each time got to the last part where it says uploading photos and progress bar says 0%....this lasts for hours gave up in the end,complete waste of time.

I didn't have any problems either - I ordered 4 of them to record the 1st 6 months of my baby's life. They are beautiful & will be treasured forever. Thanks again to the OP. Looks like the offer is still on.

Just to give you my experiance with this:

I put in all the photos then pressed to 'create book' the next page said
'Do you want to save the changes you made?'
I thought 'What changes?' so I pressed 'no' and all the photos dissappeared!!!:rotfl:

So a bit later on I had another go. All OK until I got to the payment page, then I saw that they were charging me for a cover photo costing £3.50. I did not ask for nor did I want a cover photo!:mad:

I tried everything to remove it, tried to go back and all the photos went. So I thought I have had it with this.

Then to day I got an e-mail from them saying that my payment had not gone through and to pay immediately and there was 'no opting out' !!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek:

I have created my book and tried to order it but it is telling me the promotional code is not working? There is also a new code from a different thread for this website. The thread is E: 25/12 Advent - Win Photography Related Prizes

Neither code appears to be working though. I have emailed them but it may take them a while to respond and if I close the website I'll lose my photobook. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong guys? xx

Never mind, as usual when you ask a question you find an answer lol.

When you input your code use WDCXMAS and not WDCXMASGIFT Not sure why there is a difference in the codes given? but this code is working, just gone through the checkout and it has worked. Hope this helps someone x

Hi guys,

I managed it without problems well took me two attempts. I found out that you could save your photo book on their site, while you're creating it. That saves me time as I didn't know the first time and I lost it all when adobe flash player crashed.

I've ordered a photobook from them acouple of weeks ago through Groupon and it looks fab. I just ordered 2 more and one with easyjet code.

Anyway thanks for the codes.

My photobook turned up today and I have to say I'm definitely impressed.
its a hardback cover, not linen and the photos are well set out, good quality and it's going to make a great gift for nanny and grandad.

So far I've done:
Albelli book
Fotoboox book
All Say Cheese book
Vistaprint photo calendar

Albelli book is right up there, big thumbs up from me
