2 complaints later and they are finally "looking at my case" they want me to call them back though which is a but cheeky since my complaint is about calling them. It seems everytime they ring me my phone doesnt ring and yet they just leave a message....starting to think they have a sneaky way of doing this.
Thanks to everyone for the advice shouldve complained earlier via email if i knew it would be looked at quicker!!!I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

No gratefull but i think its just the working of CSA as a whole.
