e2save porting and stock

Hi folks ive just taken a 2nd phone from e2save

on the 11months at 99p works out at £46 then with quidco's £36 down to a tenner for the year i used e2save last year and was happy with the cash back.
my questions are : im porting my no over when i get the phone, when i was applying they offer to help do it, but icant see if they charge to do so , anyone?
also at the moment on my order it say they havent located stock yet, how does this go if they can't find stock, what alternatives do i have to accept, how long should i wait before contacting them?

the phone is on its way, guess i was just a little impatient as for porting, it recommends on e2save site for the companies im with and where im going that you need to wait until you get the phone, so ill be doing it myself and will only charge myself 5 pints of the black :beer:
