    i got some stewing steak from the shops so i'm gonna make a lovely stew and dumplings for dinner tomorrow - i suspect the weather will be as pants as today's.

    i also do a pork casserole with belly slices, apple, sage and onions.... the pork goes every so tender... it's yummilicous!!
