Well two minutes after posting the bag arrived safely! How weird. It's spotless, looks aost brand new so I don't agree with her suggestion that I misrepresented the item int listing, therefore I didn't pay for her return postage which was £6. I sent her an email thanking her for returning the bag back safely and that I had refunded her the cost and original postage. I also apologised for the refund pending for one week due to my account not having the funds in it (I had no idea that would happen, I thought it would be instant). Hopefully that is enough but I will probably still get a negative!0
