I've just caught wind of the rather temptuous stow away by the name of Pink Lady........................I suspect she may be there causing trouble and leading any men astray....
Don't think I've ever been called "temptuous" before *hands on hips, turning top half of body to look at image in poota monitor*....can see why you'd say that, 'speshlee stood here in my pink fleecey dressing gown & orange & white bed socks :rotfl:

We can't forget Midshipman Jon O'Gold & Cox O.Range Pippin, cuz they've got the thingy for saying where we are using the stars. Oooh! Keiss should be with them to make sure the mangy crew don't abduct us & sail off into the Sunset anxious.gif..unless there's a Boulevard attached of course

No 12 safely stowed from yesterday, but a spendy today.

  • Good morning everyone!

Clocking in to report that yesterday, unlucky for some but lucky for me, was NSD number 13!

Unfortunately, I spent my whole week's budget on Sunday, so that gave me the motivation to list some of my junk (another man's treasure!) on eBay yesterday - the place has been in need of a clear out for ages and it was starting to look like there was a permenant car boot 'feature' in the sitting room - however, it's taking me ages to list everything ... hopefully I'll get it done over the next couple of days and I'll be able to cross that job off my list!

Have a good day everyone and good luck collecting NSDs!

You and nicca should have a competition, chris, see which one can get rid of the most [STRIKE]junk [/STRIKE]buried treasure during the week, I can keep the score for you on the front page:D:D

Well, yesterday didn't exactly go to plan...ended up having 3 asthma attacks, went to docs, put on nebulizer (bliss!!), given steroids and antibiotics to clear up my lungs/sinuses, which are not too great at the moment. Still ended up a spendy day as DH did the shopping and I had to fork out £21.60 for my prescriptions !!!! Had stopped my pre-payment one...might have to invest in one soon as my inhalers also need replacing (stocked up when I last had one :o).

So at home today...had to sleep in the chair last night..but breathing a bit better today...the ten-ton weight has mostly gone from my chest!

Declaring today as NSD no 10...ain't goin' nowhere!

A friend is popping in soon...so best get washed and dressed then! :(

    See you all later.

    Hi everyone.

Is it too late to join in? I hope not. Yesterday I realised that I had a NSD and in view if that, I didn't want it to be alone! So I am setting myself a target of 6 for the remainder of the month, so 5 more to do.

Today should be another one as I am sat at home nursing a poorly back, so little opportunity to get out.

    Thanks for the motivation everyone.
If Plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters
  • Keiss - hope you get well soon! I'm asthmatic too and dreading winter as its getting to the season of chest infections and endless coughs and colds and about 2 prescriptions per month of my inhalers. :(

Today is NSD 9 :) It's chilly out there today, just got back from doggie walking and conker collecting and sat here with a nice cuppa to warm me up. I'm working till 8 tonight, so no chance of spending.
