    Good luck for Wednesday Peaches

Spoon :T to chilling out last night & watching strictly, if anyone deserves some chill out time it's you!!

NSD 12 today :j I've spent far too long being poorly so i decided it was time to get on with some DIY this weekend. Am really chuffed that the front room is now papered & painted & has a new door frame & skirting boards :T
I feel decidedly ropey now though, definitely think i overdid it, & i have a very messy finger, i have discovered if you hit your finger really hard with a hammer it bleeds a lot & resembles a burst sausage... nice!!! & typing takes forever as i have to shout OWWWW every time it catches the keyboard!!!
Still at least it's not my pint holding hand, as i'm thinking of a long overdue catch up at the pub tomorrow as the football's on the tv

    Ouch !!!

I knew there was a reason I took it easy with my hammer this morning ;)

I was out fixing a fence panel, though I don't really know why I bothered !! The panel in question is the responsibility of 'next door around the corner', even though the loose sections flap out over my garden - and it's their (small) dog who will get free if it had got any worse (actually surprised he hasn't already, as he always kicks up a fuss when he hears me pottering about out front). Just waiting to see if they notice/say anything now.....

Other than that I've been out walking the dog (2.3 miles), for a gentle run (3.8 miles) and my first bike ride in ????? years (before my back went in 2006, so at least 4.5) which covered another 4 miles. I'm totally goosed now !!!

Just counting my lucky stars I already have one set of uniform ironed - or at least I think I do, must check wardrobe before turning in - as I'm about to grab a quick (all fruit) supper and head for bed.... up at 5:30am tomorrow for my longest shift of the week :o

Oh dear! I hope your poor finger is ok and you have't damaged your drinking hand?!

Well, I am declaring today another NSD! :j That's the most I've ever achieved in this challenge :) Did spend far over budget last night - took OH out for a treat, but the pennies are spent now so no point worrying I guess - and it is pay day tomorrow - whooo!!!

Just watching The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas - which I've seen before and think is possibly one of the saddest, but best films made for a long time.

Nope, it's the huge amount of vital information stored in your brain, TizerCat, that's what's caused your slight loss of memory - nothing to do with hot flushes:D:D xx
