I expect when we went with the Sun promo we got allocated the run down accomodation. You might have the first class accomodation, which one would think should be much better. Perhaps a phone call to them to ask which rated accomodation you have been allocated will put your mind at ease a little.

Maybe in light of the recent bad publicity they will have cleaned the accomodation and tidied it up the Park. You could also email the Pontins team and say that you are concerned after seeing Holiday Watchdog and reading reviews on trip advisor, plus comments on a big forum and as you are traveling with a baby you need to be assured that your accomodation will be clean on arrival. Maybe if it the cheap accommodation that is the problem they might upgrade you.
