Undelivered emails spam.

Not sure if this is the place to ask so please move the post if necessary.
Lately I have had an enormous amount of emails which are from webmaster,mailmaster, postmaster etc saying that they are sorry but my mail cannot be delivered. Here are two of them:

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

The following addresses had permanent delivery errors
Any ideas why this is happening? Its happening in Outlook express on win XP professional. Ive checked for viruses with AVG.
They are all definitely spam and all of my emails which I send always get to the recipients-I have not dealt with any of the "people" mentioned.

It does sound like someone has your email addy in their address book, they have the virus and the virus is spoofing your email addresses.0
