Any free same network PAYG mobile calls available?

Does anyone know if any PAYG UK mobile providers still offer free mobile calls to other mobiles on their own network without the need to top-up monthly or buy an expiring add-on?

    I believe they all now require a minimum top-up. (although for giffgaff you only need to top-up every few months)

    None free that I know off, but giffgaff is just a £10 top up every three months to maintain free giffgaff calls. And you can use 18185 via 0808 number at no charge from giffgaff.

    I'm pretty sure that VIRGIN offer this on both their PAYG & Contract?
