me too just got sat nav for OH and basically finished. Apart from MIL but we usually all club in for that and just waiting for sister in law to tell me what I owe her.
I ahve a question.
DD2nd Xmas she will be 22mths. Will fairy lights on the christmas tree be an issue? I'm worried she will make a bee line for the tree and she is always putting stuff in her mouth. Any advice?0 -
We didnt have a tree up the christmas DS turned 2, we were moving soon after so didnt see the point in unpacking it all then packing it up again! But the Christmas he turned 1, he was walking (just) and he wasnt bothered by it, much more interested in the presents underneath!Bringing up 2 handsome boys and 1 gorgeous girl the MSE way!Joseph born 19th December 2001Matthew born 8th August 2007Tara born 23rd January 20110

my little boy is going to be 13months at christmas and we spent about £150 on him. i know it sounds alot but most of it is bargain stuff that he will grow into throw the year especially as his birthday isnt till november like we bought him a battery car for 18months plus that cost 20pound. he will gro into it and love it and hes very advanced anyway so will probably play with it sooner. hes nearly one and by the time his first birthday comes will have been walking for 9 or 10 weeks so need something a bit bigger.back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed :beer:0

When my daughter was 12mths old we brought her a bag of duplo(sp) bricks that came in a large bag with a handle ( woolworths usaually sell them half price) shes almost 6 now and and still loves playing with them also some
wooden blocks which she also plays with a lot.0 -
My dd was 5 days old on her first xmas so she didnt get anything apart from a little xmas pudding outfit. She will be 3 this year and all Ive bought her is a couple of books from the pound shop and a bigger present but thats all. Might sound tight but im sure she will get lots more presents from her grandparents. I think I will even suggest to my mum to get her a big box and fill them with balloons as she is obssesed with them.0
