    Another week already. Here goes:

Fri - soup with a bread roll and some croutons. It'll be tinned and either chicken or tomato depending on what DH fancies.
    Sat - Spaghetti Bolognese
Sun - Chicken Rogan Josh with wild rice and extra veggies
Mon - Individual Sausage and Stuffing pies topped with mash (comfort food)
Tues - I shall probably try my hand at a rolled and stuffed breast of lamb in the slow cooker so we can have lush cold cuts.
    Weds - HM Pizza
Thurs - Toad in the Hole
Fri - Thai Prawn Curry with Noodles (from a jar, I know, but it's an easy Friday night tea and it's in the back of the cupboard ;) )

Have a good week, and thanks to the OP for posting the thread.

Hi there everyone, blimey how is it October already?!

Saturday - L: going out with Boyfriend, so taking packed lunch of sammidge, crisps and apple. D: we are going out for dinner, curry more than likely, and a few drinks. Looking forward to this as we have not had an evening out for a bit.

Sunday - L: I'm going to make carrot & coriander soup for us, intend there to be at least another 2 portions to go in the freezer. D: mushroom risotto for me when he has gone home.

Monday - L: sandwich. D: mince, mash, carrot & peas (must remember not to put ALL carrots in soup!).

    Tuesday - L: sandwich. D: pasta & tagli sauce.

Wednesday - L: LO pasta & sauce. D: corned beef hash & mash.

    Thursday - L: sandwich. D: dahl & rice.

Friday - L: LO dahl & rice. D: spaghetti & meatballs (nasty meatballs out of a tin, not as good as proper, but I still like them and they do for an occasional quick tea).

Saturday - L: carrot & coriander soup. D: fancy a Chinese takeaway. Don't look at me like that, I'm doing batch cooking this day and will not want to go anywhere near the cooker to make dinner as well!

Sunday - L: LO Chinese, still an improvement on how I used to be as time was I would not imagine to especially keep some of a takeaway to make a meal the next day. D: pasta with mushrooms in cheesy sauce.

Sunday - Roast chicken and trimmings, sausage and beans

Monday - Chicken sandwich, chicken and tarragon sauce

Tuesday - Rice salad, morrcan chicken and cous cous

Wednesday - Tuna sandwich, Jerk Turkey rice and peas

Thursday - Tuna sandwich, chick pea and spinach curry

Friday - Pasta salad, poached salmon and vegetables

Batch cooking - Saturday will make chick pea and spinach curry, Sunday will make sauage casserole with butter beans and red wine,
EDIT: just made the curry and it is yummy even if I do say so myself. Fried onion, garlic and ginger then added corriander, cumin and mustard seeds before some curry paste. Poured in coconut cream and passata and threw some handfuls of spinach in at the end. Off to take the sausages out to defrost. UPDATE - Sausage casserole all in the freezer. Need to work out how many meals in there now.

Snacks - quite a few apples to eat, jaffa cakes, nutella sandwichs - need something to cheer me up with the horrible weather.
