I love Sky and I don't work for them!!

I thought I'd just post to tell you about my Sky experience tonight.
I'm taking on 2 ferral kittens and decided that to be able to afford the insurance for them I'd have to cancel Sky. I'm hoping this will only be for a short while but cashflow is a bit tricky at the moment.
In the Summer my HD box died after 3 years and Sky were brill and replaced it FOC and I ended up having my aerial moved too.
I felt a bit awful ringing to cancel tonight after having the free box but tough decisions are being made at the minute. I was put through to a lovely lady in Livingston who offered me 6 months half price to help out and yes, they kept my business. I've saved almost enough to pay for the insurance and haven't had to lose out on Sky.
Well done Sky - credit where credit is due. :T
