Yes the 1st is Thursday. How do I know that? Is it because I have a calendar and a diary? No it's not.
I'll tell you how I know, It's because the letters, containing the results of the selection exercise, which will finally tell us who's got the jobs for the restructure they first announced last October (when they planned to close the office completely), are going to be posted 1st class on Wednesday 31st of August. This means, that they should arrive the following day which is Thursday 1st September (providing Royal Mail does it's job) So it's kind of etched on my brain.
So I should know then whether I've got the job I've applied for. Of course, if I don't get it, it's the start of another whole round of "stuff" But I'll deal with that on Friday, if I have to.0 -
I think I have made a neverending card, is that the one where you can open and play with it. I enjoyed making it but my cuttin is carp and it would not turn well and I cud not work out how to decorate it.
Got to get ready for work today but my little one is like velcro this morning. Hope you all have crafty days today

Morning everyone, well it looks like it's going to be nicer here today ( we had lots of rain yesterday) though you can feel it's getting cooler now.
I will need to get myself organised for the 1st as that is when the SU last chance list goes live and this is my first one since signing up to be a demo.
Hope you all have a great day, I will be back later once I have cleaned the 2 ladies houses.September GC 30th aug-4th Oct £332.74/£375 NSD 3

Hello everyone, I've surfaced after being struck down with DS1's bug, very nasty. Feel much better today thank goodness, my house looks like a tip after being out of action for 2 days so that's today's job.
Hope everyone's ok x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Well done! Sometimes you do stuff that you think looks awful but others seem to love it. Luckly (I think) my hubbie is VERY honest
and will tell me if something looks rubbish lol! Have found a couple on Youtube, they look easy enough to make I think. Would love to make one for my daughter's birthday, not til Nov so got a while to have a go incase I make a mess of it
My hubby is very honest too, sometimes a little too much and a lot of my craft items get torn apart and restarted because of it!Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!0 -
Sorry I can't help with computer problems but I think Craftygranny's solution would be what I would do.
