Wow Rusty, can you leave your OH at home and I'll meet you and carmin there ;) That room is gorgeous, beautiful hotel, I am so jealous x

Suesad, hello, please don't be a lurker, come join in ;) I tend to use Bazzill card for pretty much everything and find that a good weight to use for boxes as it folds easily. If you were looking to box something heavy you may need heavier weight card. HTH x

LOL I refuse to take a bigger bag so you can come with me .... mainly because if I take a bigger bag the kids will be in it first!! ... OH's dad and stepmum are having the children for the weekend .... I feel so guilty for leaving them but needs must!!

Hi, thanks everyone for your quick replies, I have made a bookatrix card for my nephews wedding and the box I made is too thin and flimsy. I am also making Tilda and Edwin cards for my granchildrens many teachers and assistance and need to make boxes for them, (I am obssesed with Tilda at the moment). I have bought loads from ebay but being on a tight budjet I photocopy them onto card and they look fine. All my inspirations come from everyones blobs.
    Thanks again, Sue x

Rusty - it was only a card and my mojo wasn't entirely 'with it' but it seems like royal mail have mucked up again xx If you are going to the Lakes pack waterproofs, brolly & a sou'wester:rotfl:That room looks fabulous!

Suesad - welcome! sorry I can't help with boxes but as rainmac says please don't lurk - join in - if you've read all that you must feel you know us all by now -and you deserve a medal!

Hi Marg, yes I do feel like I know everyone and your the friendliest bunch on the internet, you all really care about each other. As I dont work now I have the time to spend on here and in my craft room in the attic that my DH has made for me, or the girls room as my grandaughters call it.

Thanks for everything guys. I really appreciate your kind words. I love my (internet) best friends. :)

Rusty Your hotel room looks gorgeous. I don't think I'd see much of the lake district. Between the big comfy bed and the huge bath I don't think I'd leave the room. They'd need to chuck me out kicking and screaming. :)
