    Hi everyone.

Firstly apologies to everyone whose birthday I have missed, and to CPS, Georgiegirl and OAP - I WILL get your winners badges made. I had every intention of getting everything made, sent and commenting up to date this weekend but a dark cloud descended.

We had some bad news on Friday. OH's gran (Meme) died very suddenly in the early hours of Friday morning. So tbh not felt like doing anything and OH was very close to her and is not taking it too well. She had a long life and spent the last 30+ years living in the south of France. She was still going dancing twice a week right up to the end. I think that was why it was such a shock.

Anyhoo Hugs to all and I'll be around, might not be posting but I'll be here.

    Pep

Hugs to all the poorlies and those not feeling great atm

Well done to all the recent winners too, one of these days I will photograph some cards and enter some challenges :o

anyone any idea where I can get square card bags just standard kinda size...think it 5x5 or 6x6 I need to measure but my backs killing me and I'm getting annoyed with myself over silly things. Can't sit too long at a time making cards but slowly and surely getting there....the school fairs this saturday and think I might be sitting in a camp chair glowering and grumpy....that should boost sales ahem :o:cool:

i get my bags from the works but they don't do square ones, i just remove the tape fold the bag right down to the bottom of the card and it looks fine. Sold them like this just fine.

PepPop, so sorry to read your news xxx

    Welcome back dragonllew :)

Cardpaperscissors, I too am loving the new girly stamps from LOTV, that's sort of why I haven't taken advantage of the 10% offer cos I am thinking I may need a couple of the new girly ones ;)

    Morning all ...

Rainmac - Thanks for the support in texts, you stopped me cracking up :rotfl: ... I am fine today thanks, OH was better yesterday and booked a babysitter, we are staying in a posh hotel this weekend :j :j :j all booked up and now I am counting the days down until friday :j We are staying in this room just cause I know someone will want to know :j and I am a tiny bit excited!

Mary - Sending massive hugs :( hope you are feeling better soon and Mr Mary xxx

Dragonllew - Hope you had a good break away, hugs xx

Peppop - How awful :( nothing anyone can say can make things better, keep your chin up sending massive hugs xx

Marg - Maybe it will come today? ... Posty is moaning about all the parcels lol Thankyou in advance! xxx

Ali - was it digis you have lost? will pm you in a mo ...

Carmim - have a fab time, save me some cake :)

Sue - I have no idea what weight of card I use for boxes, all of my card is just stored together as I buy it in the box load, I think by feeling and slightly bending it you would be able to get a good idea if it would be strong enough. I am sure someone else will be able to give you a weight though. What sort of box do you want to make? Welcome aboard, hope you stay with us .... and you must have been reading forever!! lol

Right ... I want to pack some nice bits and bobs for the weekend, but I am completely cluless as we have never been away like this without the monkeys before .... soooooo .... What could I take with us? just something nice, nothing too big and bulky? and I need to be able to get it on the high street ... suggestions would be appreciated! lOL
