Dragonllew - so very sorry to hear about your sister in law's baby sending you all heartfelt hugs, life can be so unfair.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and kind words of support about my MIL I value each and every one and hope Dragonllew gains as much comfort from your messages as I did.

DH & I are both suffering with very sore throats and I feel pretty rough but I need to get the house back to rights after our visitors it's amazing how much stuff needed to be moved to keep inquisitive little people safe.

rainmac - at your car bill.

Padster - Thank you for your support of BFC I hope your repairs aren't too expensive. Will DH be able to fly today or has the volcanic dust stopped his flight?

Wifey - indulge away! I love those little squares. We've had lots of torrential downpours as well as gale force wind.

Georgie - glad the news was relatively good about your job & thanks for the challenge.

    hello girls!

hugs from me to anyone who needs them but especially Marg & Dragonllew.

Soo busy at the moment with stuff for the school summer fayre and mum's ruby wedding- I've moved my cricut down into the kitchen so I can keep it going whilst I get on with other chores!

Does anyone remember the name of the company that is often at shows and seems to sell Craftwork cards 'seconds'. I bought some paper door hangers from them and want some more. Rang Craftwork cards and they don;t do them anymore.

Hope everyone's ok, so windy here again, it was hard getting the washing on the line this morning as the wind was so strong. Been a productive day craftwise and got a few images coloured for cards and chosen the papers I am going to use. Been to a preschool staff meeting today and had a school committee meeting last night. Sorting plants out tomorrow for the school and helping at preschool sports day on Thursday. Think I should a bit of time to myself again on Friday to get my cards finished off :p Out for dinner tonight with a couple of friends which will be lovely and even more lovely as I've just found a 20% off voucher for the place we're going to ;)

Blast typed a reply and thought I'd put it on here this morning and its disappeared!!!!!!

Oh was grounded today - good thing I think as he said his car had a dusting of ash all over it this morning and will need cleaning. He went to Wick instead and rang me from John O Groats as he's never been.

He's in Elgin this week too and tried to get him to call in at Sugar Nellie but he refused LOL!

Still waiting for the plumber it doesn't seem any worse this morning but may take a while to dry out once sorted hey ho still have the holes in the kitchen ceiling from the last leak 2 years ago :o Hubby's middle name is not DIY strangely enough will have to start doing stuff myself ;)

I have been awol for a while, so took ages to catch up, I have probably missed loads as I just skimmed through it. Bl*gger is playing up, so with having not commented and now not being able to, I am way behind! Think I might just cancel them all and start again. Everyones cards are gorgeous though even though I havent been able to comment on them!

Choccy - Well done to Luke, thats great news

Rainmac - Hope you get your hours sorted out

Carmin - Welcome back, sorry you didnt get the job

Marg - Sorry to hear your sad news, sending you big hugs

    Well done georgiegirl, great challenge

Dragonllew - Thats very sad news about your SIL. Sending her and your family big hugs.

Got loads of washing dry today in the windy weather. Just trying to get DS to do some revision. Hes doing his GCSE's. Had English today and he seems to think it went ok. All the things he revised came up, which is good news! Anyway, got loads of cards to do for up and coming birthdays. I think I've given up on bl*gger for a while. Cant upload photos either!

    Hi all,

Sorry I am not keeping up here, have read through but the pain is boggling my brain! went back to the dentist yesterday, I have an infection on the outiside & the inside of the socket where they removed the tooth, hence the pain, he has given me more antibiotics, so now on 2 lots to be taken at the same time! the pain is unbearable!!

Marg & Dragonllew - What awful news, so sorry for your losses, life can be so cruel :( sending big virtual hugs to you both! xxxx

Padster - Thanks for the PM :D

FF - Ooh you reminded me, I have 3 sets of nesties, all brand new which I still need to sell. goodness knows if anyone will want them though!

Have had an email through from a local craft shop, they are having a colouring lesson with Bev rochester, 9am-5pm, I was tempted then I saw the £55 price tag  their normal lessons are between £6 and £10 so quite a jump!! ... OH asked if he could do it for my birthday so I shouted at him lol

cant remember anything else :( sorry!

Rusty Sorry to hear you still aren't right, I hope the antibiotics dont give you the runs:eek: Take care xx

If you go to the colouring class you can come and visit me for the weekend and show me how to do it!! Ask lei armstrong first, I'm pretty sure she went to the one in Kent, that was very very spensive!

I'm just sat making boxes for the pile of cards on my craftroom windowsill and its really boring. Was thinking about having a go selling them on ebay but dont yet have a selling account. Knowing my luck I will get less than they cost to make:( one problem is how to package them for the post, postal boxes on line are pants, you have to buy about 100 at a time :mad: Really I would just like rid for what they cost to make.

Dragonllew I was sorry to hear about your SIL, cyber hugs for you all (((((xx))))))
