and i hope everyone feels better soon, seems like loads of you have problems at the minute0 -
Afternoon ladies -it's been a beautiful day down here in Swindon, I hope it's been nice for you all too.
Rusty, it's lovely to hear that your pain is finally a thing of the past - I really hope you stay that way for a long time to come.
Pennib - your cards are absolutely lovely.
Wifey - sorry to hear about your son - but pleased to hear about your nose - finally!
Marg- just the thought of eye drops make me go all shivery! Silly reallya s I manage contact lenses perfectly well!
Louby - not sure about bio oil, but lavender oil is really good for burns and can even be used neat. Hope it all heals OK.
Twink - sorry to hear your back is bad. Just realised my post makes this thread look like it is full of a bunch of old crocs !! I've just produced my very own ultra sophisticated ribbon storage system for rolls of ribbon - I bought teeny flower pots, filled them with air drying clay and stuck some thin dowel in them - job done! Might even post them on the old homepage too.
Rainmac - I'm glad you went for the tickets in the end - it's not every year your team gets in the final. DHs cousins hubby is a huge Saints fan so he's taking his 8 year old too.
ZLS - your daughter did absolutely brilliantly to get so far in the competition - my boys didn't even bother entering!! If she is into writing and reading stories then how about a treat trip to Waterstone's for a lovley new book?
Some of you may have seen on my blob about my fabby new shoes, well I'm very chuffed with myself because I have sold over £100 of iots and bobs on eBay so practically paid for them. In my mind that means I could perhaps buy another pair! Please go see The Glass Slipper Company if you haven't seen them already - they are so beautiful.
Melissa - it's great news that Tilly is sleeping so well, but it's also hard having a wide awake baby in the day isn't it?
FF - hope your cold gets better soon.
DTb - lovely to see you back here. I've also got 80 orders of service to make - wouldn't be too bad but I can't even get the printing right at the moment!
Have a lovely evening everyone.0 -
I just tried to find a way of making her story into a book but as its a short story there is nothing out there. All the books have 20 pages a bit sily buying a 20 page book and have 19 blank ones. Will have to have a think and see what I come up with:wave: Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.0
