The Wife - Have just bl*gged my Challenge card.
Did everyone have a good weekend? At least the weather was warm and nice for getting out and about. I'm hoping to get caught up with blog posts and posts here soon. Better go off and make a start then....0 -
I don't know about a good weekend but i had an expensive one lol. I have been having trouble getting in and out of the car and getting my zoomer in and out as it's heavy and the back of the car was quite high . So on saturday we picked up a new baby for oh ( I don't drive). Ordered some new zoomer ramps for getting it in the back and booked a service for the zoomer .
Weather was fab here yesterday so kids went to feed the ducks then ran around for ages in the sculpture park.
I looked at the magnolias but i didn't really like any of them. My mojo is well and truly lost . At this rate i'll be getting rid of everything i just can't seem to work up any enthusiasm. I still keep buying stuff though 2 sets of nesties and 2 ms punches this week alone.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20
New challenge finish birth sampler by end of the month
No matter how much life knocks you down, it's your ability to get back up, brush yourself off and face your next set of challenges that makes you stronger0 -
rainmac - did you manage to do your garden?
madfrog - another one here who spends ages deciding which papers to use and don’t get me started on colour-matching ribbons etc!
lizalloareds - How’s the Big Shot
TomsMom - I swear dogs just don’t like being clean, ours usually manages to roll in something foul straight after her bath.
mary-op - so sorry to hear about your DH’s fractured vertebrae - fingers crossed his appt will be soon
Welsh Poppy - great you had a fab holiday and well done on sniffing out a craft shop!
PepPop - Eeek 16 miles - I’m speechless, hope the scales show results after that mega effort.
craftygranny - I have a zoomer too and we always have to choose new car on boot/zoomer space and then decide if we like it! Hope your mojo re-appears soon.

Wow! that's brilliant, thank you so much everyone who's entered, I'll put all the names in a box and get someone to pick a name for me on Wednesday. I was hoping to get an Easter card made to ship out to Canada for the grandchildren but they'll probabley not notice with all the Cadbury's choc that's winging its way over very soon. It's known in our family as 'NanAid'
I've sorted some nice bits and pieces for a little prize that I hope our winner will like especially a couple of things from America that I've just started to see over here. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
