I've been asked to make a card for a first confession.

I'm not religious at all and my background isn't Catholic so I'm not sure what would be appropriate. All suggestions welcomed!

Rainmac - thanks for the update on Rusty - hopefully the Drs will seriously be able to sort out what is wrong and get her on the mend to a full recovery. Can I be nosy and ask which gingham papers you bought? Been looking for pads of it for a while but never seem to find any.

Marg - sorry to hear about Suzie - sending you huge hugs on such a difficult day.

Flourgirl - hope you DH is ok now. Glad his phone was found, but sorry it is such a long way to go and get it back. Thanks for the link to the Sarah Kay images - does anyone know if they do anything like that for Whiff of Joy images?

Sorry Flying Fresian - no idea on a first confession card, but good luck with it xxx

Going to attempt some cards tonight, so may be back later

    xx

flourgirl, joking apart I hope your OH is ok and has no bumps or bruises from his exploits. Had to have another giggle at his phone being found in the bush :rotfl:. I have an HTC phone and really like it. OH has an iphone and says mine is the poor relation of that but it was free on the contract I signed up for so I was happy. I didn't cave in at the Glitter Pot honest

Marg, I am so, so sorry to read your news about your lil kitty cat. My boy Ben is 9 and my first child, he matters to me as much as everyone else in our family. Big hugs to you and Mr Marg xxx

Padster, I've made £120 on ebay today selling stamps and a few boy clothing bits so £5 on a paper pad was ok I thought ;)

CT, there's a new Wild Rose Studio 6x6 pad full of different coloured ginghams, that's what I've ordered.

I have a HTC desire, I must say they are fantastic and wouldn't swap it for an iphone. Obviously depending on how technical it is, you can customise it and make your own operating software/upgrade it, one thing that the Iphone and apple frowns at! Or charges a fortune for!

Marg I'm sooo sorry about your cat. It's so awful when that happens and thats the reason why I won't have any more, DH keeps on about getting another cat but to be honest I don't think I can cope with the upset when anything happens. Mum & Dad had there cat put to sleep just before Christmas and she was the most pampered cat ever. I'm sure Suzie will be purring happily in kitty heaven. Hugs to you and Mr Marg xx

My DH worked for BT for 35years until he retired 3years ago and he lost all interest in phones of any description and since then has only had my cast off mobiles. DS2 has an HTC and DH has been hanging his nose over one for a while, so I thought what the heck its only money, it will be the first phone on a contract too!!! I just have O2 simplicity for mine.

I did manage my LOTV order this afternoon so have that to look forward to :)

Thank you ladies for your kind thoughts I do appreciate them. Suzie was 17 and I suppose in cat years she'd had a good innings. It was tough to come back home tonight and she wasn't here to greet us even in her poorly state she'd rouse when we came in the door ...........enough!

Flourgirl - I think you were very lucky that DH's phone had been found by someone honest enough to let you collect it. :) though if he was looking forward to a new one he might not think so! We have said for a while we wont have another cat but not sure how long we'll last

Rainmac - Well Done on your ebay sales! On that basis think you're entitled to break your stash ban.

Flying fresian - sorry I can't help - I suppose depending on the age of the person, a cross might be appropriate.
