OK you lot are all in the dog-house (or more accurately the cat-house!!) My poor little black cat was rescued when she was about a year old and we had to get all but 4 of her teeth taken out cos she had cat flu and really bad abscesses. We nursed her through it and she manages great and is basically off her nut. Only problem is she had a fight with my big bruiser cat today over a cat bed and has snapped one of her canine teeth - I found it lying on her bed! I'm blaming you lot for talking about broken teeth all day. But seriously I need some help from the cat owner's amongst you... I got her to crunch some cat biscuits, caught her trying to steal the remains of my fish supper and she's still purring quite happily but OH thinks this could be the beginning of the end for her cos she's only got 3 teeth left now. I'll phone the vet tomorrow to get her looked at but do you think she'll be ok?

Just catching up before dinner is ready.
Ali – thank you so very much for the surfer decoupage, it is perfect, and have just finished the first card I need to do for my nephew. Waiting for it to dry so will blog it later. Jo, thanks again for the images, i’ll be using one of them of the other card for my nephew.
Welcome back Saveapenny – I was only thinking about you the other day and how things were with you. Nice to see you posting again. How fab to have another grandchild, I’m sure they both keep you very busy.
Congratulations to all the latest winners.

Great news about your OH being able to apply for his licence again Dragonllew – I am sure that when he gets it again it will make such a difference.

Well done on replying to DT calls Soma – your cards are fab, and we all know we are all our worst critics. Hope someone snaps you up soon.

Thanks for another great freebie Betterlife.

Great card Louby for your friend.

Rainmac – hope you are feeling better soon xx

Take it easy Rusty – hope the pain you are in improves really soon. All I say is grrrrrr to have to deal with such a horrible ex.

Jowri – sorry about your parents dog – it is so hard when beloved pets die.

Flourgirl – hope your OH gets his tooth sorted out soon. Just think not spending in the Papermill or Radley means more money for other stash!

Welcome to all the newbies, and hugs to those who need them xx

PepPop - oh no your poor cat - hope she is ok. We had a cat for about 9 years, who had really bad teeth problems, before we got her, and had about 4 teeth. When the vet saw her for the first time when we took her to our local one, he wasn't concerned about the lack of teeth, it just meant that rather than giving her biscuits as she couldn't crunch on them, we had to feed her wet food, that she could almost lick down rather than chew. I'm sure your cat will be fine but just keep an eye on her and make sure she is eating properly over the next couple of days xx

Thanks CT - OH has got me really panicky. The wee soul has only had 4 teeth for years but she still manages to eat dry food (we feed them wet and dry food at the moment) and pretty much anything else we give her, the only time she had a problem was when she couldn't eat out the bowls we had - but we got dog bowls for her and she manages great with them. I'm just concerned because she only has 3 and a bit now. :(

Yaaayyyyy, saveapenny , we've missed you massively. Fab news about your new grand-daughter :D. Hope you stick around, we are still a lurvely thread xxx

dragonllew, fantstic news about your OH :j. We had a shock yesterday, think that's why I didn't sleep well, someone who works for my OH but out in Dubai had a stroke yesterday. He is only 40 and the nicest bloke ever. His partner and someone from OH's company have flown out there today to be with him.

Rusty, free dental treatment - what's that? I was wondering if getting pregnant was an option as I'd then get it free ;) JOKING!!!

Awww, PepPop, your poor lil cat :(, I reckon she'll be fine too, she sounds like such a character x

Zoe, I would have a search online and find an idea that you like and copy it ;)

My day got a bit better as I got loads of ironing done and I felt domestic goddess like afterwards (treated myself to a sneaky cookie!). But then it went downhill as DS1 has been massively sick this afternoon :(. Has got me out of dinner with the outlaws though, every cloud... ;)

How much is it? Do you need it or just want it? How often do you think you'd use it? Is there the same thing cheaper elsewhere? How am I doing?
