Hi, another long time lurker here :)
I've been making cards for about 5 or 6 years, most of them are pretty basic though and not nearly as good as the ones on here. Occasionally I surprise myself though and make one I'm really proud of :D

I need to pick some brains now though. My grandson will be 12 soon and is very into street dance. He goes to classes and does competitions as well. I want to make him a street dance themed card, but I'm really stuck for ideas. He also wants a street dance birthday cake, but I think I'm sorted with that................I hope!

Does anyone have any suggestions re the card please? I did think of trying to superimpose his face on a photo from the internet, but with my limited photo skills I'm not sure how it would turn out. Maybe an image I could colour in? Or a ready coloured image?

    TIA

    Sue

Oh no Mel :(, hope you are ok xxx

Well done to the latest winner :j

MissKaty, ebay may be a good place to look for buttons? Crafty Emma has a few x

Macma, LOL at your OH in A&E, I know I shouldn't laugh as it sounds like it was horrific at the time :o

We've been to an indoor play place today as it's rained all day, not looking good for the rest of the week weather-wise either. Off to the dentist for our check-ups soon and then DS1 has karate after tea. Hoping to do a bit of crafting tonight when OH is at football.
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

Melissa - hope you're feeling better - my nan was a rubbish cook we used to either take our own or go to the fish and chip shop - I have spent years cultivating the impression that I can't cook have never ever cooked a roast dinner and have no intention of starting now :rotfl::rotfl: I only bought one of the MME pads it's so nice I just don't want to use it :D

Hugs Jowri - I was in floods of tears when mum had ours put to sleep.

mad-frog - OH is a Rangers fan and his brother is a Celtic supporter so they had been winding themselves up all morning - he stayed here once and they watched the old firm on telly - ended up with the landlord bringing them home one tucked under each arm I sent OH to bed his brother wandered off and ended up sleeping in the garage so I threw a coat over him and left him there :rotfl::rotfl:

To make it worse he never has a hangover or remembers half of what he's said - I did remind him and told him he had really peed me off he has now promised not to go to the pub any more until after we've been on holiday and to be a good boy and buy his own beer if he wants any - told him to stand up and speak coz his voice was muffled :rotfl::rotfl: Boys!!!!!!

My cat is officially bonkers - I caught her licking the bedroom window this morning :D
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Here's my entry, Finally got it scanned not putting it on my blog as i don't want my friend whom it's for to see it.

Think i saved it quite well even though there was wet glitter every where but it isn't as smooth and clean looking as it was before.

Used line 1, circle, spots and glitter.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)
