Crikey - I've got loads to catch up on - I didn't realise how long it had been since I was last on here! Was a busy bee yesterday - went to the Matalan and picked up a few gorgeous baby girl outfits in the sale plus some really cute pjs for Elliot. Of course the stuff that I bought for myself is too small and has got to go back! Also had my swine flu jab yesterday - my arm feels a little sore - I still can't get over the fact that it felt like a needle but there wasn't a needle!!
I've got to get round to blogging another card soon, just waiting for the recipient to get it now, it took ages to make but I'm really pleased with it!

Georgiegirl2012 - really clever easel card - I like how you've "twisted" it - you are brave - I wouldn't dare do something like that! Really pretty beatrix potter card - love the images.

Louby-Lou-Lou - sorry to hear that that other Mumwas so rude to you - fancy being such a coward though and doing it on facebook. A lot of the mothers at my son's school are quite cliquey - I just keep to myself!

Betterlife - glad to hear that your LO is better today. Congrats on your order!

Artydoll - Lovely Tilda card - love the colour scheme and the big bow! Love your India Tilda card too - the jewels on her head look really cute!

Rainmac - Stunning card - really pretty and delicate, love the ribbon and the papers! I've entered your blog candy - I can't believe there's 124 different colours of the seam binding. I wish I didn't know because I might get obsessive and decide that I need every single shade!

Rusty - sorry to hear about your C plate - may it rest in peace. My big shot one makes an awful noise each time I use it - but luckily its still in one piece! Congrats on your card order, and of course you're good enough!!! Hope your finger is a bit better today!

Mary - I hope your scan went well yesterday!!!

Paddingtondoo - hope all your work issues get sorted soon.

Marg - I hope your cat has fully recovered now!

Dallam21 - Beautiful blue card, the flowers are gorgeous - in fact after seeing yours I've been trying to find the die online! Is it the one with the 5 dies in it that you have to layer up? Stunning pink card too - love the delicate papers!

Pennib - your granddaughter is certainly very talented - what a lovely card!

CT19720 - hope you manage to get your pay sorted soon, glad to hear that you're enjoying the job though!

Flying_fresian - great cards - love the cupcake images, they're really cute.

    Congrats to our latest winner!

Yeah I know what you mean - I don't want them looking too clean but I find when I scan them there's lots of little marks and I spend ages cleaning them up on Photoshop - that's why I was thinking about a tablet. Maybe it's the pens I'm using - thanks for the tips.

i always lightly draw with pencil, go over with black fine pen , i start one side then go across, so mot to smudge any ink, leave for 10 mins then rub out and pencil marks, once scanned i cut and paste onto a clean a4 sheet then save. i always keep my originals in a clear sleeved folder. hth xx
