Rainmac hope you feel better soon. Hope you enjoy the rugby i wouldn't understand it either i don't even understand football.

My son just turned up and said omg how much then laughed and said thank god for bank of mum and dad. cheeky beggar . He's gutted really but they need it for work and my dil is working right up until she has the baby. At least if she has the baby at work it's a nursery she can have the baby put it in a cot and carry on working lol.

Well i started clearing the craft room and can't believe how much stuff has been dumped in there . There are boxes and bags and stuff everywhere . Think some things will definately have to go or i might have to go lol.

I've been feeling really restless today - I just can't settle - I think I'm getting too big for the couch, (for those that don't know - I'm 31 weeks pregnant). All this talk of how difficult girls are is making me nervous too - I'm already scared that I wont know what to do with a girl after having 3 boys. I mananged to get my camera back off my s-i-l so I'll try to blog my latest card later.

Bananagirl85 - welcome to the thread - can't wait to see what you create with your new goodies!

Viclspence - gorgeous card - no wonder your sister liked it - love the papers. Love your cupcake card too - its really clever how you've got them stacked up.

Louby-Lou-Lou - that's great news about your niece!!! Terrible how your friend's daughter was treated - your friend must be ready to kill!

CT19720 - congrats on your card sales!

Dawnteabag - fab card, love the image - how nice that you managed to meet up with your friend again.

ScattyJan - great "water" card - love the soft colours they really suit the image.

Rusty - sorry to hear that you've had another problem with the nursery - hope it gets sorted soon!

Rainmac - glad to hear that you're feeling a bit better!

Wanna-b-rich - fab card - love all the glitter - especially on the flowers!

Betterlife - good luck with your baking - hope you feel better soon! I'm following you now too - I'm really impressed with all your fab images!

    Congrats to our latest winner!

Big hugs coming your way lady, what a carp response from the nursery, honestly  It is them in the wrong not you xxx

Craftygranny, you'd rather have had 4 more boys  They must definitely be easier then ;)

Marg, huge THANK YOU, postie just been. Will return your generosity xxx

My cold is more manageable today, can't stop sneezing though, I must have looked a right sight in Tescos earlier clutching tissues to my nose whilst pushing my trolley!

Rainmac - Thank you :A- but please don't! Pay it forward to someone else instead if you must do something. xx Sorry you are feeling carp wrap up warm tomorrow.

Marg Popping off to make your winners blinkie - when does your challenge end?
  • Well another day gone and no card made here. Was full of good intentions again but housework and errands got in the way. Ah well there's always the weekend and I do want to use my freebie Pink Petticoat papers.

Quick question re U/M stamp storage - i.e. how do you store yours. I was thinking of trying this I read about - stamping images onto a sheet of card, laminating it, sticking stamps onto laminate and then storing in pockets in a ring binder. Has anyone tried this or do you have a better system?

Thanks to everyone for the freebie links that have been posted and Hi and welcome to newbies.

CT - glad to read that your DH sold some cards for you after all. Your cards are lovely so don't get disheartened by one 'slow' day
Rusty - Grrr at all the nursery hoo-ha - hope you can all have a lovely weekend together
    Jowri - great water card
Dawnteabag - lovely card on your bl*g
PONR - 3 cards in one day, good going!
Mad-Frog - hope your OH's party goes well tomorrow
Louby - great news that your niece is out of hospital
flourgirl - LOL at your shopping trip, enjoy the second one...
wanna-b - great card and as you say an unusual image, good to try something different though
craftygranny - eek at car repair bill - hope all is well with your dil

Off to catch up with bl*g pages now.

Rusty Don't even think you are a friend on FB but reading between the lines the nursery haven't been responsive in the toilet episode or the word you don't like! I guess it's not 'pc' to correct speach anymore! my sister is a teaching assitant to 5 -7 year olds and although she shouldn't they help with the toilet as a it's better for the child and b it's better for the 'pong' you should complain if you feel your child is not being looked after

Sorry have been mega busy OH present still not arrived and it's his birthday tomorrow  and I still need to make him a card from his granddaughter!
