 How rude of me, TomsMom, not to wish you a happy birthday, so here's a big 'un

:bdaycake: A special Happy Cake Day to TomsMom :bdaycake:

I've posted a RAK for some unmounted stamps over on CP, just send us your name and addy and I'll pop 'em in the post, all new and never been used.

Off to dig out the lilac cozzie, I must do justice to that very fine cake rainmac had made this morning, where does she get the time?

    Hi all,

Happy Birthday Tomsmom, your card should get there Monday as i only posted it this morning

Wifey - i would love one of the 2nd photos please if that is ok?

WBR - Sending massive hugs to you and your DS

DTB - The offer is there if you need it.

I am not very happy today, as i save alot of my things on my external hard drive and when i turned it on today it has been wiped clean!!! I am the only person that uses my computer too so i can't blame anyone else, but i don't know what happened  But i am most annoyed as i have lost ALL my digis!! I do have some printed off, as i scan all images onto there, but i don't have them all, i am more upset about my Tildas though, still can't be helped

Anyway have a good day all
  • Happy Birthday to TomsMom - hope you are feeling well enough today to celebrate your birthday!!!! Hope you have a great day.

I just got back from the Range and was very disappointed. They had only about half of the usual amount of cardmaking stuff and had instead filled the space with luggage. They had a bit of reduced stuff upstairs but reduced by only £1 or 50p so rubbish! Looks like they are scaling back on the selection of cardmaking bits that they are going to stock now.

I did buy a Creativity mag which had some cupcake stamps and a flower embossing folder in it as a free gift. Not bad for £2.50 if anyone is interested in it!

Had to laugh - just had a random anon comment left on my homepage that read "Hi there, I found your blog via Google while searching for first aid for a heart attack and your post looks very interesting for me.." - the post I had made was for Cuttlebugging and Felt Hair Clips - made me laugh anyway!!!! Hope they didn't have someone experiencing a heart attack and the person giving first aid got side tracked by felt hair clips!:rotfl::rotfl:

What do the Range think they are doing??? Luggage more important than craft stash, I think not!!!

Don't worry Wifey I cheated and ordered the cake in, £400 I think it was  Have just made some very delicious smelling Oreo brownies though, my house smells like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory :D Recipe here if anyone is interested ;) Also made a lemon cheesecake to take to my friends, we're off soon for a late Christmas get together.
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

If I've missed anyone off please let me know. The kids will draw a winner tomorrow, and since they are still both behaving themselves I may have 2 winners to let them pick a name out of the bowl each. An overall winner and a runner up, but I will send a small something to both, and the overall winner will set the next challenge.

PONR - what a shame that the Range look like they are reducing their craft stuff. Our nearest one is 50 miles away, so don't think I will be make special trips again. Do you reckon the downsizing will be nationwide?

Rainmac - your brownies sound delicious. Thanks for the receipe, my boys love them so may give them a go tomorrow.

Glad your son is feeling a bit better WBR - good luck in dealing with the school on Monday.

Need to make a couple of cards later, but am really into knitting mug hugs at the minute.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000
  • CT19720 - not sure if nationwide but I felt they seemed to have alot of £1 tat in which I didn't notice before. Not craft stuff but general bits and pieces. I think they will lose alot of customers if they do that as you can get that stuff at Poundland and any local pound store!
