Rusty I hope you all get a good night sleep tonight and your littlies are feeling much better.

Melissa its great to see you back, Elliot is such a cutie, I can't believe how grown up he is. I hope you and bump are keeping well x

Rainmac I don't envy you with the tidying! I need to sort out my Christmas stuff and get it in a seperate box, all my papers have got mixed up. My 6x6 papers are all in my desk drawer and its stuffed full, I should use them before buying more lol. Hope your littlies are better too.

PONR I managed to order 4 sentiment stamps!!! I tried to resist but failed!

Today I managed to make a couple of cards with the free Molly Bloom stamps, posted them in the usual place :) and have another couple half done. We have been messing about with the Family Tree research again so haven't done much else. We had a new windscreen put in the car today, thank goodness we were insured or instead of the £60 it cost it would have been £450:eek::eek:

Ohhhh snap flourgirl I did some family research last night
    xx
  • I'm another reads and forgets what she's read by the time she gets to the end of the page, so it's not that I don't wish anybody well, I just forget that I read it.

Thanks to those who visited and commmented (did I put 3 x m in that word?) I have responded to the questions i was asked.

I have discoverred that the QVC TSV on Friday is a "Slice" and the Ideal World pick of the day (as from 9pm tonight) is a new cuttlebug. Just in case anybody is in the market for a fancy new machine. Not me - honest!!!! That's not to say I wouldn't have one if I had the spare cash to chuck about.

And the blue card I made, I gave to a friend who sometimes needs reminding she is somebody special - just as well I didn't sell it coz the heat in the office meant the stickiness stopped being quite so sticky - but not too disastrous, as it was on the back of the front(?) where I'd stuck the ribbon down.

Ooh a slice........not that i could be tempted! I'm still waiting to find out what's happening with my cricut/gypsy that I had to send back to create and craft, customer services won't speak to me any more, they put me through to a supervisor because I may have (cough) lost it with them on the phone:eek: I have to ring back on Friday to see what they have done as so far, they've done absolutely nowt!
Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!
  • Evening ladies, just popping on to say hi and to try and keep up with the thread. Went for weigh in tonight and it was good news, I've updated my signature accordingly.

Rusty - hope your littlies are better and your a little less stressed.

    Rainmac
    - good luck with your tidy up, you can come and do mine if you like ;)

    Congratulations to the winner

Right I'm off to watch a bit of telly and then I might try and craft, but my mojo has kind of flagged atm :( Hugs to all. x
  • Oh dear - I seem to have tempted a few of you with the post on the lovely sentiments with 20% off at Pink Gem lol!!!! They are lovely though especially the baby ones!!!

wanna-b - well done on your weigh in.

  • My LOV order came today :j But it was wrong boo! Someone else had double their order didn't they? how did you get on? Did they refund you? I have left a message on the answer phone.

Want to be cheeky and ask to buy one of the fairy stamps too if they are going to have to re-send me my stamps anyway because they have picked them in error so i don't have to pay postage again.

Yes it was me Louby. I left a msg on answerphone but I ended up emailing them and then someone rang me back. I've returned the duplicate package and hopefully going to get a refund. I'm sure I will and they were very apologetic. My problem was that first time I ordered, it came back as Transaction Failed so I gave up and went to bed and then, finding no confirmation emails or anything, re-ordered in the morning - hence the double order.
