I wrote a massive post and as i clicked reply i lost connection grr! Had a word with the head and class teacher, they said it is zero tollerance now. ( oh so it wasns't before) He will loose his lunch time play and then will have to be supervised when he can go out. Problem is he is in the same class as DS but they said they will keep them apart.

They were shocked to hear i took him to the docs and that he may need antibiotics. The mother was also pulled in this morning. I wonder if they would be taking it a bit more seriously if the boy didn't have problems. They seem to want to protect and defend him all the time. They said it was an accident and he isn't bullying DS.

Hubby is ringing in his lunch and has wrote the best letter which will be forwarded to the head and the governors.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)

Rainmac that's fantastic news!! YAY :j:j

Gemm that's good news about your job - but I know what you mean about being good enough to temp but not for the full time job - that happened to me once, it makes no sense does it sorry.gif

Louby I think you need to borrow Wifey - she'll sort the head out (and I'll be behind her with the Cuttlebug at the ready). Sounds like the head is a bully herself!!

Craftygranny What a shocking way your daughter was treated at school and how true what you said about if you sent her to school like that they would have social services onto you - I've never thought of it like that - such a good point.

Still no makes from me but OH is working this weekend so I'm gonna PLAY!!!!! Need to make BIL a birthday card but I'm not sure if there's any point as he lives in Brisbane - he's safe but I can't see them having a postal service at the moment. Oh and it means I have officially been making cards for a year cos his birthday card last year was the first one I made.

TomsMum - Did you manage your little walk with Poppy - I hope so & the fresh air did you good.

Yes thanks Marg, we went to the beach and as there were no other dogs around I let her off for a run. Had to distract her from a dead seagull  then was a bit too late realising she was rubbing herself all over something dead and fishy, probably a crab. Boy did she stink! She obviously decided she didn't like it either and was then rubbing herself in the sand to get it off. Dirty smelly little madam needed a bath by the time we got home and she wasn't too keen on the drying, a home hairdryer is nowhere near as good as a proper doggy one! She's overdue for her haircut, should have gone on 20 December but I was stuck in the house because of the snow and ice and now the groomer has flu so she can't go for another week or two. I couldn't live with the disgusting fishy smell so there was nothing else for it, she does look nice and clean and fluffy now though :rotfl: .

evening all! just had a marathon catch up session! I had some news yesterday, the company I am temping at (same place I just got rejected) want to keep me on for another few months, which is good news although I cant see why I am good enough to work for them as a temp but not as a full employee? ah well I like it there as its so convenient for coming home etc so I'm not going to grumble too much!

Great news Gemm, you must have impressed them to keep you on as a temp, strange they didn't offer the permanent job though.

Great news about your mum :T. Hope the baby decides to come soon.

Louby Big hugs for your son, a difficult situation for you if the other boy has ADHD or a form of autism.

Feeling up to a bit of housework today, how exciting is that!!!!!!!!!

Tomsmom - Glad you managed to get out

Gemm - Is the temping less money than a permanant job? If you don't mind me asking. That maybe why? Great news that they kept you on though :T

rainmac - such good news for your Mum and the rest of your family:j

Peppop - Please where did you find the shruggy shoulder thingy?

Rusty - I emailed you - did it arrive? might have gone in your spam?

Gem - so glad they are keeping you on in your temp job. :j When we have temps the agency we use charge a big (finders?) fee to take the person on for ourselves or we have to employ them thro' the agency for a set time and they will then release them without charge. We always wait. This might be why?

Rusty CT & Glittermum - Pay it forward - I'd love to sign up but am scared of not being able to fulfill the promise. I struggle to keep up at the best of times. It isn't that I don't love you all I just don't want to make a promise and fail. x

    Flourgirl - pm'd you

Squidge - I am following your blog, great cards.

Viclspencee - I am now a follower on your blog too, again great cards.

Louby - Hope your son is ok. I think sometimes schools have to be too careful not to upset anyone!

Artydoll - Well done on being famous!

Wanna-be - I think you should definately get the item at the lower price if you have to re-order. Its just like having a replacement, they would have to give it to you for the same price.

Rainmac -Good news about your mum.

Gemma - Good news about your job, its nice to have a job close to home

Finally caught up! Off back to work now. I assume you are all making up for not having the forum on Saturday! Hugs to all. x
