Hope all poorlies are better real soon. Hello newbies erm oh yes Rusty dont panic as rainmac said they do cut into the plates but they are ok.

well what an eventful afternoon i have had. I just sat down at comp emailed rusty and stamped 2 images thinking i was going to have a good crafting session when
(Btw sorry i didn't reply to you rusty about the god parent images. I found a nice stamp i had forgotten about so wil use that thanks.)
when the phone went, it was the school. Ds1 had been hit and pushed over in the play ground by another boy and smashed his head on the floor. They said come and get him and please do not delay it is very serious  I was panicking wondering what i was going to see. Thankfully it wasn't as bad a i thought but they said it had really gone down just in the short time i took to get there. Took him docs and they are a little concerned he may have concussion. He was slurring his words a bit but passed all the other tests, just keeping an eye on him.
Don't know what to do about the school as the boy who did it has done it before and i had a run in the the school.
They insist he isn't targetting him and say he gets punished but we don't see any evidence of this other than he lost his friday free time last time.
It is difficult as they say we are not allowed to discuss other children with them and this includes punishment even if regards our own childs saftey. Things seem to get swept under the carpet.
Also another factor is the child may have ADHD or have some form of austism so we have to tread carefully.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -

Oh bless you, hope you and he are ok. I don't think you should feel that you need to tread carefully. Your son should go to school and feel safe and free from harm. I know there's always a bit of rough and tumble in the playground but this is so much more than that. Do you know if the child in question has a statement, i.e been recongised as having autism/learning difficulty etc? The school has a responsibility to keep pupils and staff safe so I think they should be monitoring this boy more closely than they are, more supervision of him at break times so he can't be violent. Hugs to you xxx:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
