I was in Paperchase yesterday and they had ribbons on clearance - I got three different kinds - each for 25p for 3 metres. I also bought Christmas wrapping paper which I thought was perfect for backing cards at 5 sheets for £1 instead of £1.50 each. :money:

Morning all. It seems everyone is on form again! Lots of pages to catch up on and I was only on yesterday morning!

Giggle - the dinner lady was definately out of order. Especially speaking to him at school without another adult present.

    Well done Gemma

PONR - My daughter brought some mini easels from the range. They were 2 for £1 I think.

Craftygranny - If you find the craft room fairy, could you send her over here, mine needs a tidy too!

Work again today, so probably wont be back till tomorrow. Hugs to all. xx
    May - £251.63/£155, June - £108.69/£150, July - £157.45/£155, Aug - £104.28/£155
    Sept - £110.80/£150, Make £5 a day in Oct challenge = £50.50/£155

Could you not sleep Mrs? xx

Giggle - Good luck for today. Don't be fobbed off!!

Wanna - I hope you are going to use all those ribbons and not just stroke them :rotfl:

I managed to make a card yesterday which had a square turned 90 degrees, took me ages to work it all out LOL I never was one for brains, also made up a couple of samples for Ladybug crafts ink, I know a couple of you have already entered, but this week is anything goes and you can join in here

Can I also say that I have left Stamping Dragon, and advise people who are thinking of joining the recent Design team call, not to. I never even got a reply to my email about leaving, nor did I get any thanks for any of the work I did! I know there are a couple of others who have left on not so good terms aswell!

I always have the same problems - have a massive tub of ribbons but never the one I want!!!!

Meant to ask you - did the kids like the sock monkeys??? I'm surrounded by half made kitties and a few monkeys at the moment!!

  • Morning gals - see we are all on good form this morning :)

Craftygranny - LOL, 12 packs :D I see Flourgirl has sorted you out with a link for the ribbon girl!

Rusty - LOL you've obviously been checking out my blog and noticed the lack of ribbons on my cards!!! :) It's my new resolution to start using ribbon more, but I think it may well end up just being stroked. Can I enter my necklace into the Ladybug Challenge or do I need to use one of her stamps? If so, then I might just have to make a Christmas card as I have an uninked Christmas stamp from her ;) Re SDD - I take it that the good wishes of the season weren't even bestowed by means of a card or email? Things were put in perspective for me a few weeks back ;)

I was abit confused about whether I had to use a ladybug stamp as it said you must but Rusty said on her blog that you didn't need to so I entered!!!!

Rusty - can you confirm for us please lol - I'm easily confused at the best of times!!!
