Its flipping cold here too, haven't checked the temp though but I know its cold enough not to cold outside I feel like hibernating :rotfl:

Oh and my fiance is flipping wonderful :T A delivery driver came today and my OH said oh its for you.....I opened up the parcel and it was a Bigshot :j :j

I was hoping to have one for christmas but he has given me one now as a 'cheer me up' present Bless him xx

Hello really struggling to stay on line at the moment, don't know if its the weather (which is dreadful) or my modem/connection. I keep getting disconected with the message "no dial tone" and then if I use my mobile to phone my land line I get reconnected again but after a wee while it goes off again. Any clues you comp wizz kids.

Marg - thank you for asking about me. My slipped disc causes intermittant pain - the more housework I do the more it hurts so I do little :rotfl: It is the main reason Hubby has bought me an electric Big Shot as I can't use the manual one anymore.

My MIL has settled very well now - it took about three months.

It's bloomin freezing here. I spent a chunk of yesterday and today with no internet and it's soooooo slow you'd think I was on dial up! Also have no phone (neither does most of the estate) and BT have helpfully suggested that it might be back on by Thursday! I've entered my mobile number onto Granny's handset and told her to ring me on that, but she's either not heard or has got in a muddle as my brother has had a call from her saying that she can't contact me!

I'm doing a demo at the weekend and none of my stamps have arrived because of the weather - so at this rate I'll have no samples made up and will be doing it on the hoof! I'm fed up with winter already

Congrats to our latest winners - Marg you'd best get a lottery ticket as there's sure to be a third win

Padster - I wonder what your company would do if someone had an accident struggling in that meant they were off of work for several months? I think it's an appalling way to treat people.
