Well done winners!
Sorry I haven't been on a lot, but work has had me doing quite a lot of travel so not a lot of time for crafting - although I did get a lot of images coloured on the train yesterday
A quick question...are there any issues with selling cards in terms of copyright? I have been asked to sell some and would like to use some of my favourite stamps including D&D, Little Claire and Messy Rabbit. I don't want to do it if I will get in trouble though! All advice welcome...
I plan to make cards this weekend so hopefully I can dust off my blog and upload some pics.
Happy Fridays all :j0 -
Morning all, sorry ff dont know anything about copyright - sometimes the seller of the image has it mentioned on their shop/blog I think its called the angel policy??? But not too sure - sorry:o
Padster - thanks for that:D
Congrats to latest winner :T
Right, going awol again - full shift at work tonight and then straight out for a meal with a friend of oh's - so probably wont be on again until tomorrow - take care everyone xx0 -
Flying freesian, with Messy Rabbit have a look on Joanna Sheen's website and their 'angel policy' I think the problems 'seems' to be with people selling the ready stamped images or printing off the designs sheets to sell on. With the other two, check their websites, it should tell you what you can and can't do. I dont think there's a problem with ready made cards as lots of people make them for charities.
Hope this helps, dead grumpy today. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

No matter how much life knocks you down, it's your ability to get back up, brush yourself off and face your next set of challenges that makes you stronger0 -
I started to make a card yesterday lunchtime and it's still here waiting 'cos I decided to tidy my craftyspace - I haven't really got that much stuff but I'm still not finished! I've been trying to colour sort my paper, think I made it harder because I can't bear to throw anything away........
What do you do? throw it all once a card is made? Only keep scraps over a certain size?
Gotta go to MIL's now as her heating's not working - I hope it only needs the pilot light re-igniting - it's been so wild here my windows are all opaque :eek:0 -
Mad frog the challenge is christmas and finishes on 15th
CT - I did start to make mine last night a few things i found, were before you start try to make sure you have enough co ordinating papers. And you will need a large piece of paper, i think A3 maybe big enough, as i hadn't read the instructions properly before hand i uses some brown paper that i had lying around and just covered it. I will put a pic of mine on my blog in a few moments. I have only done the shell though! :rotfl:
I'm not very happy at the moment as i ordered a circle punch from ebay, at first i thought it was a scalloped one, then realised it wasn't, but thought i could use it anyway. It says 2 Inches but is actually only 2 CM!!!! Not very happy about that at all!0 -
kms complain to ebay about it and ask for your money back if the punch has been advertised as 2 inches, check the item description carefully as I have looked at the heading and then looked at the full description and noticed this before. Let me know if you need any help as the onus will be on the seller. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0
