I've popped in 'cos I is bored at work, not a sausage happening, phone doesn't ring unless the company needs either slolar heating, credit reference agency or the best one today, PAT testing which is for the electical appliances about the place. Explained to the young lady that we have our own resident electrician and wasn't interested. She then asked me to read the date on the electical appliances on my desk. This produced a "I beg your pardon" from me " you don't think for one minute I am going to scramble under the desk to look, do you? She then muttered, "Some people" and tutted at me and slammed the phone down!

Joy of joys - 20 more minutes and then it's home time.

    Anyone heard from the choccie???

A couple of the new LOTV stamps slipped into my basket this morning - and one of them will be perfect for the "hugs" challenge :D

Looking forward to playing with them when they arrive!

Wifey, I have an hour and a half to go at work :(
  • Thanks for the welcome everyone, and thanks for the blog follows :)

I have had a look at some websites and I need a few more bits to start I think, I need some ink pads, some of those pens (can't remember what they are called though lol) a craft mat and cutting knife (I'm sure these are not the technical terms!) and some sticky dots/pads. I need to get some ribbon too for another project I'm going to be doing. I like the look of embossing but that looks like it can work out very expensive.

Will have a look through your blogs for inspiration and to see all your lovely cards.

  • Savvybunny, I am also following your blog - I love the birds and flowers!! The pens you'll want are called promarkers and they are unlike any other colouring pen you've ever used lol!! It's the moment of awe the first time you use them lol!!!! :)
My Dad is currently building me a storage device to hold all of mine as it is getting rather difficult to find the colour I want in the toolbox they currently live in :D

Me neither, lol ;) I really want some Flexmarkers, going to pop them on my Xmas list and be good until Xmas and see if the man in the red suit fancies getting me them :) I have been asked to run some crafting sessions on friday afternoons at my school in the run up to Xmas. I am thinking Xmas cards, calendars (would make a nice pressie) and some kind of tree decoration so far. All needs to be done on the cheap. I have loads of Xmas papers so I am going to donate some.

Flourgirl, I don't have any Molly Blooms stamps, sorry x

Sorry I am being carp at posting but I just can't find the time to keep up properly. I am reading and running at the mo :( Hugs to everyone xxx
