Hi everyone, hope you are all ok, hugs to all who need/want one, and a *wave* to the new people
I think it's safe to say winter has arrived in Glasgow, it is freezing here today...perfect day for making pretties
I have been playing with my blog and hope to upload some more pics later
Have a good Wednesday

 Hello everyone. Just popping in to say I'm still around and haven't forgotten you, I was on another of the forums so I thought I'd stop bye.
Hubby still in hospital, 8 weeks now, will hopefully get a scan soon to see if the latest chemo has helped and if not what his consultant is planning. He's not well enough to come home but at least he's in the local cottage hospital now so that's only 20 minutes away instead of 1.5 hours.
Routine here has changed now there's no-one to do some of the little jobs so I'm keeping busy. Still not cardmaking yet, it will come!
I really must pop over to the green fingered forum and ask a few questions, I've now got the garden to do (and I'm really not a gardener, hubby used to do that) so I have to learn all about pruning and what to do with stuff that's finished and when you can move stuff. Good job it's only a small garden.
Hope everyone is well.0 -
Hi Tomsmom, lovely to 'see' you
. I too am not a gardener, I try but have limited success
dragonllew, you need to have a peek at the Whimsy challenge blog
My job is going well, I am loving the school and what I'm doing but struggling a little as some of the children blatently don't get looked after very well, bless themI want to get all my 'mummy feelings' out of the way this week so when I start properly next week I can focus on their learning rather than asking them if they've had breakfast, what was for tea last night and if they get read to at home
Looks like we're in for a wet and windy school pick up this afternoonThen off to take DS1 to the dentist. He was invested at Beavers last night, was very lovely. He's been on the waiting list for ages and should only be there about 6 months before starting cubs. I have about 5 badges to sew onto his Beaver sweatshirt and I am no sewer so will leave that job until it can't be left any longer
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
